Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cutepethouse.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges are $6.99 for orders up to $50.00 . Orders over $50.00 have free Shipping. Charges will be displayed at checkout.

We also support DHL/UPS Express shipping method, The shipping charges are $40.00 for order less than $200.00. Orders over $200.00 have free shipping, the shipping times around 3-8 Business Days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. *We do not guarantee shipping times.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-2 nature days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cutepethouse.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to sender however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)

Currency Exchange Fee

We collect payment in U.S. dollars. If you choose a credit card for payment, currencies other than US dollars may incur exchange fees, which will be charged by your bank.

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at [email protected] right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status. learn more Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Plus Service Terms

If your package does not arrive, arrives damaged or was stolen, our shipping protection will protect you. Either we will reimburse you for the cost of the ordered items or you will receive a new delivery. The price of shipping protection and taxes are not included.

Lost items terms

If the tracking status is not “delivered” and at least 35 days have passed since the order was placed. If the address is incorrect, If only part of the order was delivered, If your order got stuck in customs, When an order is shown as “unfulfilled”, If the order is shown as “delivered” but has not yet been delivered, If Stolen Item Terms, If a delivery was made to a wrong address.…..
