Most frequent questions and answers

Once, you have decided on the product(s) that you want to order, use the Quantity tool to select the quantity of items that you would like to purchase, then click the Add to Cart button.

Continue shopping in this manner until you have completed your order. When you are ready to checkout, click the Cart button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

You will be asked to either register (for new users) or log in to your account (for existing users). You may also choose ‘Checkout as Guest.’ The Cutepethouse Checkout page will prompt you for additional information (e.g., shipping address and billing information).

After entering your information as needed, click Place Order. If you see a Thank You for Your Order page, your order was successful.

We do our very best to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Cutepethouse’s stocked items will usually ship within 1-3 business day. Depending on your location, you should receive these items within 7 to 18 business days. Learn more Shipping & Delivery policy.


For guaranteed delivery of items that are needed urgently, we strongly encourage you to consider expedited shipping options, which are available on many of our products. If you have any questions about processing time and/or expected delivery timeframes for your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us via [email protected]

To cancel an order that has already been placed, please reach out to our customer service [email protected]. We will reply within 12-24 hours.

All prices are in USD. If you choose a credit card for payment, currencies other than US dollars may incur exchange fees, which will be charged by your bank.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier service website. You may also enter any tracking numbers here.

We ship from warehouses in New York and Los Angeles., and Shipping locations vary based on stock location.

 

We work hard to ensure that all items are received in good condition, and if you’ve received a damaged item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us at [email protected]. We will do all we can to remedy the situation—either by sending a replacement item or by refunding your order—and we’ll help you to return the damaged item at our expense.
